Detailed experience with Holzkohle

I decided to try Magna Grill for the first time and ordered a 20kg bag of Holzkohle. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and simple enough to navigate. I received a confirmation email right away. Delivery took about 5 days to reach my address in Florida. The bag arrived in good condition, no rips or spills, which was a concern with such a large item. The charcoal itself was good quality, minimal dust and consistent lump sizes. It lit up without much hassle using some Anzündwolle I already had. The burn time was decent, and it produced a good, even heat for my grilling session. I didn't need customer support, so I can't speak to that, but the overall experience was smooth from start to finish. I'd consider buying from them again for my charcoal needs.

Good value for Grillkohle

I was looking for some decent charcoal for a BBQ and found Magna Grill. The 10kg Premium Grillkohle was on offer with a small discount for first-time buyers. It felt like a good deal overall, definitely worth what I paid.

Decent charcoal, slow delivery

I bought some Buchenholzkohle and a set of Grillzangen. The charcoal itself was really good, burned hot and long, no complaints there. The tongs felt solid too. Delivery took about 6 days to reach me in Nevada, which was a bit longer than I hoped for. Everything was well-packaged though, so no damage. Overall, a positive experience but shipping could be faster.

Consistently good charcoal

This is my third time ordering from Magna Grill, mostly for their Restaurantkohle. I keep coming back because the quality is always consistent. It lights up easily and maintains a good temperature for grilling, which is crucial when you're cooking for a crowd. This order was no different than the last two. They always pack it well, and it arrived in about 4 days here in Arizona. It's reliable, which is why I stick with them.
